Damon is Investment Director at Consilium, assuming this position after more than a decade leading the Consilium investment team in its delivery of global best practice investment solutions.    

As Investment Director, Damon harnesses his expertise as a subject matter expert to help shape Consilium’s key investment initiatives, as well as providing strategic insights and tailored solutions that align with our clients’ unique objectives and aspirations.

In addition to his extensive industry and investment management experience, Damon is a CFA® charterholder, a member of the New Zealand CFA Society and a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.

Damon joined the Consilium Board in 2014 as an executive director, expanding upon his prior governance experience that includes over fifteen years as trustee of a private charitable foundation.
