Our succession plan provides for contractual income to retiring advisers (for life) determined by levels of renewal and share value, subject to the terms of the partner agreement. Your clients will be serviced by a guardian who will work with you and your support team prior to your succession. This allows you to retire while the client remains in-house with a support team they know and trust.
