I’ve chosen FoxPlan as the vehicle to drive my journey and get what I want out the racetrack we call life. 

FoxPlan offers a lot of opportunity for all advisers and doesn’t limit you to one role, or area. You get to be involved in the decision making about where the company is heading and your career goals are a significant part of that. 

I joined FoxPlan in 2022 with the aspiration of becoming an adviser but wasn’t level 5 qualified. FoxPlan was happy to have me join their Adviser Support Team (AST), which involved supporting other advisers and servicing of our wonderful clients. In return I had the security of salary, and benefits of ongoing training and mentoring to become the best adviser I could be.

In the long run this has been beneficial for both myself and the company, for me it has been especially important to know the company has my interests as equal to their own. I now have a great understanding of the FoxPlan processes and procedures, and I’m confident using our systems to ensure great client outcomes. I’m ready to kick this vehicle into the next gear as I become an adviser later this year.

One of my goals is to be able to build a passive income stream and over the next few years through giving financial advice to our clients I will be able to achieve this. This in the long term will benefit not only my retirement but will give me more time to spend following my other passions such as travelling this beautiful country and beyond with my husband, and my extended family.

I became a financial adviser at FoxPlan because I am passionate about financial literacy and believe it is of utmost importance. I find it incredibly fulfilling to work with clients and help them achieve financial goals and security, which brings them peace of mind and enables them to pursue their dreams.

Being an adviser allows me to use my expertise to guide my clients towards making informed financial decisions, whether that be saving for retirement, purchasing a home, or investing in their future. I am proud to be part of the FoxPlan team, which shares my values and puts clients' interests first.

As 35-year-old who has forged a career in administration over the past 17 years, I was keen for my next role to have a variety of challenges to sink my teeth into. It somehow needed to contribute a positive difference in the lives of others and support the development of people.

In my opinion, after working at FoxPlan for a while now, I’m confident that is exactly what FoxPlan endeavors to achieve! 

FoxPlan appealed to me more than any business, due to the nature of the business and founders story of why the company was incorporated.

FoxPlan is supportive of development for the whole team, we have ambitious goals. I could see myself spending many years helping FoxPlan achieve them and get great outcomes for the people that work here and their clients!  

My role is Senior Administration Manager and I have the privilege of managing the Administration and Support Staff. I look after compliance, marketing, processes and procedures and anything else I can get involved with – I like to be kept busy and lead by example.

Options for becoming an Adviser

Green - Funded (base salary)

• Financial security of salary.

• Extra income generated from commissions.

• In exchange for that salary, a percentage of your time will be spent in a role supporting FoxPlan.

• Less time available for you to work on building your own business.

Gold - Unfunded (no base salary)

• No financial security from a regular salary.

• Income generated from commissions.

• You own 100% of your time.

• More time can be spent on building your business.
